The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation indicated that the worker may be granted a study leave for ten working days per year, for the associate or regular worker in studying in one of the educational institutions approved in the state, in order to perform the tests, provided that the period of service with the employer is not less than two years.

The citizen also deserves a devotion to perform the national service for wages, according to the legislation in force in the state. In order to obtain the aforementioned leave, it is required to provide the proven parties from the concerned authorities. The worker also deserves an official leave with full wages in the holidays and officials determined by a decision of the Council of Ministers.

The Ministry pointed out that the employer may not prevent the worker from benefiting from his annual vacation due for more than two years, unless he wants to deport it or obtain a cash allowance for it according to the organizational regulations in force in the facility, and what the executive regulations of this decree determines by law, and he is entitled to obtain The fee of the holidays due if he left the work before using it, whatever its duration, in relation to the period that it did not leave for, and the leave fee is entitled to the parts of the year in proportion to what he spent in the work, and it is calculated according to the basic wage.
