Nakheel Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Properties, announced its cooperation with six local and international architectural companies to present a set of 10 architectural styles dedicated to beach villas, through its exclusive “Beach Collection” in the Palm Jebel Ali project.
The company stated in a statement yesterday that the six companies are: “WATG”, “Sota”, “White Space Architects”, “Naga Architecture”, “Lokai”, and “LW Design Group”.
She noted that these companies have created an exclusive collection of 10 homes that celebrate the natural beauty and urban dynamism of the iconic destination, with each company presenting its vision for the project, resulting in a diverse group of exceptional homes that seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor living, and add subtle luxury to everyday life.
The five- and six-bedroom villas from the Beach Collection are located in prime beachfront locations along the fronds of Palm Jebel Ali, and their area ranges between 7,300 and 8,500 square feet.
Each villa features a unique and modern facade, carefully designed to complement the coastal environment. Grandiose double-height entrances lead to expansive living spaces, where floor-to-ceiling windows showcase views of the Arabian Gulf.
