The center stated, in a statement, that the average value of cases registered with the courts of first instance amounted to 103.3 million dirhams, while the cases related to the arbitration department were registered with the highest value in 2024, where the total value of the claims reached 6.8 billion dirhams, with an average of 356.1 million dirhams per case.
The Civil and Commercial Department registered 82 cases in 2024, with a total value of 854.1 million dirhams, and an average of 16.4 million dirhams of the case.
Two claims were registered with the Department of Technology and Building in 2024, with a total value of the claims of 14.2 million dirhams, and an average of 7.1 million dirhams of the lawsuit.
