The Ministry of Finance announced yesterday the launch of the “Digital Advice” initiative, to share with customers their opinions and ideas to improve the levels of efficiency, quality and flexibility of the Ministry’s services, and simplify and reduce procedures, through the UAE government’s electronic portal at the following link: (
The Ministry called on customers of all categories to participate in designing and developing its services, as the initiative aims to encourage customers to participate in the decision-making process, adopt innovative ideas to improve government procedures, and honor the best of them.
“The Digital Advice initiative embodies the ministry’s keenness to gauge the pulse of customers and provide an opportunity to provide feedback on their experience while conducting their transactions,” said Younis Haji Al Khoori, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance. “Through this initiative, we seek to build a true partnership with customers to achieve the UAE’s vision of being a leading country in providing digital government services by implementing the objectives of the Zero Government Bureaucracy Program, which represents a translation of the national indicators in the vision of (We the Emirates 2031), and a qualitative addition to achieving the axes and targets of (UAE Centennial 2071).”
