The prosecution explained that the separation was difficult and did not take place in a satisfactory manner, especially for the mother and child, noting that the mother was complaining about her ex-husband because he did not provide for the son, neglected him and prevented him from traveling, and she was covering his educational and living expenses.
She confirmed that the mother was the one who shouldered all these responsibilities, and she hoped that a ruling would be issued in her and her son’s favor in court, adding that one time she received an alert for a message from the “WhatsApp” group of her son Marwan’s school.
She explained that the message stated that the group director welcomed (her ex-husband), the father of the child Marwan, and his joining them, which upset her a lot and made her very angry and made her act without thinking about the consequences of her actions, continuing that the mother wanted to embarrass him in front of all the members of the group, so she wrote a long message in which she spoke About the problems between them, such as his not spending on his son, neglecting him, and not sharing his diaries and moments with him.
In her message on WhatsApp, the mother stressed the need for the father to support his son even if a divorce occurs, and then she left the group.
The Dubai Prosecution stated that the father informed the security authorities about the incident, stating that they had published his privacy and abused him in front of a large number of people in the WhatsApp group, explaining that immediately upon receipt of the report, the Public Prosecution investigated the incident and referred the accused to the misdemeanor court for violating the privacy of others. .
The prosecution concluded the story with a sermon and lesson that included a warning against misusing the information network in such behavior, directing the husband and wife to resort to peaceful solutions to preserve the stability of their children.
