Etihad Airways cancels its flights to and from Beirut

Etihad Airways announced today, Thursday, the cancellation of its flights to and from the Lebanese capital, Beirut, until November 14, due to the current regional circumstances.

An Etihad Airways spokesman said that flight EY535 from Abu Dhabi to Beirut and flight EY538 from Beirut to Abu Dhabi have been cancelled, noting that passengers on transit flights in Abu Dhabi whose final destination is Beirut will not be accepted for travel from the departure airport, unless they make their travel arrangements themselves. The spokesman called on travelers affected by this measure to contact reservation agents to obtain alternative travel options or the Etihad Airways call center at: +971 600 555 666 (UAE), or visit the company’s website etihad.com, or via the mobile application.
The spokesman advised travelers to ensure that their contact details are correct by visiting the reservation management page to view updates.

He pointed out that the company is constantly monitoring the situation in the region, and remains in close contact with the relevant authorities regarding developments, noting that the safety of passengers and air crews remains its top priority.
