The Director General of Emirates Transport, Mohammed Abdullah Al-Jarman, opened the customer service center, affiliated with the Abu Dhabi Technical Maintenance Center in the Musaffah 1 area in Abu Dhabi, as part of the approved plan to modernize and develop service centers in the organization’s sites and buildings in all regions of the country.
Al-Jarman inspected the facilities of the new building, reviewed the services and systems it includes, and met with the employees working there, stressing their important role as a primary interface for communication with customers, which requires providing the best levels of care for them and meeting their requirements.
Al-Jarman said that the growth and expansion witnessed by the organization’s activities, services, locations, facilities, and fleet of vehicles are accompanied by similar growth and development in the level of technical services provided internally or externally, because this is closely related to ensuring the achievement of the safety and security elements in the services provided, and contributes to raising the level of quality.
He stressed that providing pioneering and distinguished services would integrate efforts to ensure the provision of distinguished and pioneering services with high quality and efficiency that reflect the corporation’s vision and keep pace with the government’s directions in making customers happy wherever they are, through government services around the clock that meet the customer’s requirements and achieve his complete satisfaction.
For his part, Director of the Abu Dhabi Technical Services Center, Engineer Maher Al-Rifai, said that the service center receives customers from institutions and individuals, to provide maintenance and repair services for light and heavy vehicles, machinery and bicycles.
