Yesterday, the Dubai Criminal Court began examining two separate harassment cases. She explained that the husband and the security guard working at the center arrested the accused and then handed him over to the police, while the victim narrated that the accused was afraid and confused at the moment of his arrest.
In the second case, the prosecution said that a visitor from an Asian country forcibly assaulted a European trainer, taking advantage of her being with him in his apartment, noting that the accused accompanied the victim to his apartment because he had a friendly relationship with her family, and was working to clear up their transactions, so she went with him, reassuring him because he He is 20 years older than her. The prosecution said that the accused took advantage of the opportunity to be alone with the victim, to begin harassing her, but the girl resisted him and left the apartment, and the next day she filed a report with the police. In order to refer the case to court, the Public Prosecution demanded that the accused be punished with imprisonment and deportation from the state after the end of their sentence.
