Al Wahda basketball team stumbled in the opening match of its international championship, after the “Al Annabi” team lost to the Moroccan Fath Rabat team with a score of 89-75, in a match that brought them together today, Thursday, in the first round of the championship group stage held at the “Mubadala Arena” hall, and extends until September 25, under the sponsorship of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council and organized by the UAE Basketball Federation, Al Wahda Club, and Global Active Sports Company.
Al Wahda started the match strongly and presented a great level in the first quarter, which they won with a score of (27-22), and the Emirati team maintained its superiority in the second quarter with a score of (44-40).
In contrast, Al-Fateh Al-Maghribi presented its best levels in the third quarter and advanced with a score of (70-59), and completed its superiority in the fourth quarter and ended the match winning with a score of (89-75).
