Amanat Holding intends to offer 30% of its business in the education sector in Saudi Arabia

Amanat Holding Company, whose shares are listed on the Dubai Financial Market, intends to offer 30% of the shares of its business in the education sector in Saudi Arabia next year 2025.

Amanat Holding Company used Al Ahly Capital to conduct the initial public offering, noting that it plans to list the company during the first half of 2025 and is looking forward to hiring other advisors, according to sources told Reuters.

The sources expected that the public offering could raise about $300 million (about one billion dirhams).

Last July, the Board of Directors of Amanat Holding Company agreed to initiate the initial public offering procedures for the Amanat educational platform.

Last May, the Board approved the establishment of a new holding company for the company’s education platform, following the appointment of external consultants and a comprehensive assessment of the potential value enhancement capabilities of the education platform.

Amanat’s educational platform includes Middlesex University, which represents Middlesex University’s first campus outside of London, Human Development Company, a provider of private education and healthcare services covering educational, medical and rehabilitation services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Nama Holding Company, a higher education provider in Abu Dhabi. .
