He confirmed that he studied his primary stage at Salah Al-Din Primary School, before moving to the preparatory stage at Sharhabeel School, and the secondary stage at Al-Badr School, and after his graduation, Dubai Police announced the formation of a course for candidates for police officers, so he applied for it without his father’s knowledge, and after that he received a message to attend an interview. Personal, adding: “Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim (Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in Dubai) and a number of officers were in the interview, and Lieutenant General Dhahi asked me the reason that prompted me to leave the UAE volleyball team and join… At Dubai Police, I replied that volleyball is a temporary period and not the future that I aspire to achieve, and he told me that I will be contacted if I am accepted.

Bin Haider continued: “After several days, I was contacted and notified of my acceptance. I also obtained a high diploma in police sciences in the same year, and after a period of work I was transferred to work.” In the Dubai Prosecution during the period of its establishment as a prosecutor, after the issuance of a decree by the late Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and after four years of working in the prosecution, I decided to leave work. Government office and moving to private work, and I established a law firm with my friend, but we did not continue due to administrative disputes, so I decided to establish my own office.”

He pointed out that after establishing the office, he enrolled in intensive courses on management and law, and was keen to read on a daily and continuous basis with the aim of refining his skills and memorizing legal texts, pointing out that he made many mistakes at the beginning of his work, but he was able to correct them. Bin Haider said: “One of the difficulties that I faced was my young age while working in law. I was 27 years old, and there were prominent lawyers with their own history, and I was striving to keep up with them and reach their advanced levels in order to compete with them.”

Bin Haider confirmed that his main supporter at the beginning of establishing the office in 2002 was his sister, who was keen to provide moral and practical support, by drawing up the office’s work plan, setting the office’s strategy, managing it, and marketing it. After that, she left the office for eight years in order to devote herself to her work in One of the government departments in Dubai, and in 2010 she returned to the office to take care of its internal affairs and management in his absence.

In 2010, Bin Haider appeared in a legal and awareness program called “The Spirit of Law” on Noor Dubai Radio, with the aim of educating the public about their legal rights, disseminating legal culture among members of society, and providing free consultations via short messages received and answered by listeners, in addition to his communication. He explained that the words of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, he cannot forget, when he said to lawyers while they were taking the oath in 1994: “Do not form a belief in a matter before you listen to both sides,” as he said: “Do not be afraid of someone’s nationality, money, or power,” stressing that His Highness’s words were a map for his path to success, as the doctrine spoken by His Highness is considered a way of life in the legal profession.

Bin Haider stressed the importance of the lawyer listening to both sides of the case and not being satisfied with the party he is defending. If the lawyer is satisfied with one party, he will not be able to win any case or continue in this profession, pointing out that the state has paid great attention to qualifying young people in the judicial field, as A group of young citizens who love their work and are dedicated to their work have joined the Public Prosecution.
