The newspaper said, the day before yesterday, that the authorities are concerned that the Chinese artificial intelligence experts traveling abroad may reveal secret information about the progress made by the country.
The newspaper added that the authorities are also afraid that the United States will hold executives for their use as a bargaining card in negotiations with China.
