Cooperation between Al Ain National Company and Misr Insurance in digital transformation


Al Ain National Insurance Company announced the signing of a cooperation protocol with Misr Insurance Company, which aims to enhance cooperation in the areas of digital transformation between the two companies, develop insurance products, exchange scientific expertise, improve the level of training and exchange experiences in various forms in the interest of the two companies and openness of knowledge and contribute to confronting developments. The protocol was signed in the presence of the Egyptian Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, Engineer Hassan Al-Khatib, the CEO of Al-Badi Group for Trade and Investment, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Ain National Insurance Company, and the Chairman of the Company’s Investment Committee, Khaled Al-Badi, and the CEO of Al-Ain National Insurance Company, Mohamed Mazhar Hamada.

Al-Khatib stressed the ministry’s support for this important strategic step, which reflects Egypt’s vision towards enhancing Arab integration and cooperation, as it seeks to accelerate the pace of digital transformation in all economic sectors, especially in an important sector such as the insurance sector, through a unique partnership between two well-established companies with distinguished expertise.

He stated that this initiative represents a pivotal step towards achieving sustainable development, stimulating innovation and technological progress in a way that enhances the position of the Arab region in the global digital economy, and an important step towards a sustainable future.

In turn, Al-Badi said that the protocol is a first step towards more partnerships and cooperation, appreciating the cooperation with a well-established company such as (Misr Insurance), and stressing that this partnership will contribute to achieving tangible results in terms of providing distinct and more flexible insurance solutions and will allow the two companies to benefit from the latest developments in the field.
