The international Al -Wahda player, Lucas Pimanta, described that the choice of Romanian coach Olario Cosmin to take over the training of the national team is the “best option”, because of the great experience of “Caesar” with the Emirati football, noting that the “article” coach, Portuguese Paulo Pinto, was also a good coach.

He told «Emirates Today»: “Very happy to choose coach Cosmin, he knows everything about Emirati football, and knows all the players and the ADNOC Professional League, and I think he is able to do something, because he is a great coach and an expert, and everyone respects him from players and coaches, and our goal is clear and is to reach the World Cup, and we will search for that in the next two rounds.”

He added: “Kozmin is a great coach, and former coach Pinto is also a good coach, but we are now in front of a new stage led by Cosmin, and we will search for our goal.”

Regarding the deterioration of the results of his team Al -Wahda during the recent period, Pimanta said: “Loss of six points in three games is not good for a team looking to participate in the AFC Champions League next season. But we lost points, and I am very sad, as this situation should not be the team. ”
