The Dubai Health Authority revealed a plan to develop health centers according to the highest international standards and specifications, and to create four new centers that enter the service by 2021, and to replace three others that end the beginning of 2019, with the aim of raising the capacity and reducing waiting time, and providing high -level services, according to the director of the centers management Health in the commission, Dr. Amal Bouhaaron.

Bouhaaron told «Emirates Today» that the plan includes adding new medical services to the centers and providing them with advanced devices, providing specialized qualitative checks.
She stated that the new health centers were chosen based on the need of those areas and taking into account the geographical dimension, which are distributed over the areas of “Al -Khawaneej, Nad Al -Sheba, Al -Warqab, Al -Habab”, and the service will be entered by 2021, pointing out that the authority is currently working to replace three centers “Al -Qassis Abu Wahil, Umm Suqeim »To enter the service in 2019.
She emphasized that the authority took into account the construction of the new centers to be compatible with the urban development in Dubai, and to adhere to the highest international standards and specifications for health centers.
Bouhaaron pointed out that the authority seeks through primary health care centers to provide qualitative health services that exceed the expectations of customers, and achieve their satisfaction and happiness, stressing that the authority sets clear policies for customer service, simplified procedures that achieve their satisfaction, and specific mechanisms to improve the customer’s journey within the centers to obtain the best services Noting that the international achievements made by the centers began from the customer service, and accordingly came the confidence of international institutions and bodies concerned with credits, and others.
She added that the health centers in Dubai obtained many international certificates and credits, including the approval of the Arab Council for Medical Specialties and ISO certificates, licensing all health centers by the Federal Nuclear Control Authority, and obtaining the sixth level in the application of the medical file for the quality of health file technologies (EMRAM) International accreditation (JCI) is one of the most high -level credits in the world that are granted to high -end and high health centers, and is characterized by the integration of its services and modernity of its equipment, and the efficiency of human cadres based on it.
