“Dua” organizes an event on fire safety

The Women’s Committee of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Diwa) organized a training workshop in cooperation with the General Administration of Civil Defense in Dubai, on the basics of fire protection and safety, and ways to deal with it in the event of its outbreak. 60 employees of the commission’s employees have recognized the guidelines of evacuation and extinguishing fires.

The head of the Women’s Committee at the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Fatima Muhammad Al -Joker, said: “With the directives and support of senior management in the authority, we organize awareness and training activities and events, in cooperation with government and private agencies, to develop female employees’ skills on how to deal with various challenges, and help them play their roles at home and work to the fullest, in a way that reflects positively on their professional and social life, and the entire society.”
