The Dubai Land Department has signed an agreement with seven real estate developers in the emirate, with the aim of granting them the authority to use the department’s registration systems and employ them to manage and record all real estate transactions related to the developer and investor.
The department stated in a statement yesterday that the agreement includes: “Emaar Properties”, “Damac Properties”, “Bin Ghati Real Estate Development”, “Aldar Properties”, “Shoba Real Estate”, “Azizi Real Estate Development”, and “Danube Real Estate Development”, as these companies will work to use the department’s developed registration systems to provide high-quality and efficient services to “Dubai Lands” customers.
Majid Al Marri, Executive Director of the Real Estate Registration Sector at Dubai Land Department, said: “Through this partnership, we aim to enhance the confidence of the real estate market and further protect the rights of investors, while accelerating and simplifying procedures in accordance with transparent governance standards.”
He added: “We at Dubai Land Department are committed to enabling our partners in this agreement to complete the relevant services in accordance with the technical conditions for using the specified systems. We will also work to provide the necessary training and technical support to the employees of these companies to operate the system, in addition to ensuring the quality of the transactions registered by these companies.”
