Yesterday, the Dubai Land and Property Department launched a new real estate alliance to support the Dubai Real Estate Promotion Strategy (Real Estate I), where a memorandum of cooperation with four of the most prominent real estate developers in the emirate was signed: “Danube Real Estate Development”, “Excellence for Real Estate Development”, “Mag for Real Estate Development” and “Fakhr El Din Real Estate Development”.
The department stated, in a statement, that this alliance comes within the framework of the rational leadership directives to consolidate Dubai’s position as a global investment destination, enhance cooperation between the public and private sectors to advance economic growth, attract foreign direct investments, and diversify real estate opportunities in the emirate in a way that keeps pace with the requirements of local and international markets.
Within the framework of establishing strategic partnerships, and enhancing cooperation and integration between the government and private sectors to support the sustainability of the real estate market, the Director General of the Land and Property Department in Dubai, Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, was concluded with two cooperation memoirs with the owner and founder of the Danube Real Estate Development Company, Radwan Sajan, and the Director General of the “Mamazah and Real Estate Development Company”, Masih Mossia.
The Executive Director of the Real Estate Development Sector in “Dubai Land”, Magda Ali Rashid, also signed two cooperation notes with each of the Executive Director of “Mag Real Estate Development”, Talal Mowaffaq Al -Qaddah, and the executive director of “Fakhr Al -Din Real Estate Development”, Youssef Fakhruddin, where this cooperation comes within the framework of joint efforts to implement the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033.
Marwan bin Ghalita said: “The real estate sector represents a basic pillar in the sustainable development system that Dubai is taking place, and based on the vision of our wise leadership, we are working to enhance cooperation with our private sector partners who have always expressed their willingness and ready to provide new investment opportunities, and consolidate the emirate’s position as an attractive and preferred global destination for living, work and visit.”
He added: «The cooperation note is a qualitative step within our efforts in promoting the real estate sector through various platforms, and the launch of innovative initiatives that support investors and enhance the vitality of the market. Industrial, educational and technological sectors.
For its part, Magda Ali Rashid said: “This cooperation contributes to enhancing investment flows to the real estate market in Dubai, and raising its competitiveness at the international level, which is completely in line with the strategic vision of the department aimed at achieving leadership in real estate investment, through strategic partnerships that support the emirate’s march towards a more prosperous future.”
She emphasized the keenness of Dubai Lands in the framework of cooperation notes to organize and care for international events and exhibitions, provide data and information on real estate opportunities in Dubai, and prepare promotional campaigns through the media and social media platforms, to enhance the presence of Dubai in the global real estate market.
Under cooperation with “Dubai Land”, real estate developers will provide accurate and transparent information about real estate projects registered in the department, such as prices, time plans and financing options, as well as providing special offers for international investors such as flexible payment plans or investment incentives, in line with the criteria determined by the Land and Property Department.
