“Dubai Land” launches the “Tayseer” initiative to facilitate the payment of late services fees

The Real Estate Regulatory Agency, affiliated to the Dubai Land Department, launched the “Tayseer” initiative, which aims to facilitate the payment of current late services fees, as owners of real estate units will be able to install services fees for a period of no less than six months in coordination with real estate management companies with joint ownership.
