During a call he received from Al-Sharaa, the Head of State affirmed the UAE’s support for the aspirations of the Syrian people towards stability

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, received a phone call from Mr. Ahmed Al-Sharaa, Commander-in-Chief of the new Syrian administration, during which ways of strengthening fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries in areas of common interest were discussed.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan reiterated the UAE’s firm position towards supporting Syria’s independence and sovereignty over its entire territory, its standing by the brotherly Syrian people, and its support for all endeavors aimed at achieving their aspirations for security, peace, stability and a decent life.
