ENOC Group provides 53 job opportunities for Emirati cadres


ENOC Group affirmed its commitment to supporting the country’s efforts to build qualified Emirati cadres for the future, during the group’s participation in the 23rd edition of the UAE Careers Exhibition “Roya”, which is being held from September 24 to 26, 2024 at the Dubai World Trade Centre under the slogan “Youth Can”.

The group stated that more than 25 Emiratis joined it during the current year, and it provides Emirati talents with 53 job opportunities in the specializations of customer service, finance and strategy, information technology, operations, health, safety and environment, and engineering.

Candidates interested in joining the group will be able to apply for its jobs directly through the platform located at the Dubai World Trade Centre, or by visiting the careers page on the group’s website.

ENOC reported that the group, which currently has 52% Emiratis, has witnessed an increase in the Emiratisation rate at various administrative levels, reaching 80% in the senior management team, 50% in the middle management team, 53% in supervisory roles, and 48% in support roles, while ENOC has succeeded in achieving 100% Emiratisation in the executive management team since 2018.
