The “ENOC” Group concluded a memorandum of understanding with the “Parkin” company, aiming to provide customers with mobile services designated for vehicles, by taking advantage of the digital capabilities and platforms of both sides. A statement issued yesterday stated that within the framework of this partnership, which was signed by the Executive Director of the Retail Sector at “ENOC”. », Zaid Al-Qufaidi, and Parkin CEO, Mohammed Al Ali, ENOC offers a comprehensive range of vehicle care and maintenance services in selected affiliated locations. For “Parkin”, supported by basic services on the go provided by “Zoom” stores affiliated with “ENOC”, including car washing services, fuel refueling, oil change, and tire and battery inspection.
The agreement stipulates the integration of the two companies’ mobile application services and digital wallets, enabling customers to book the service via either platform.
ENOC Group CEO, Saif Humaid Al Falasi, said: “Through our integrated mobile platforms, we offer new opportunities for growth, while enabling customers to obtain unprecedented convenience, and simplifying the process of accessing a wide range of vehicle services.”
For his part, the CEO of “Parkin” said: “The partnership with (ENOC) confirms our commitment to enhancing the quality of life for Dubai residents, in line with its government’s vision to build a smart and sustainable city,” and added: “We aspire to enhance the efficiency of car maintenance services and make them more comfortable, with “Saving customers’ time and contributing to facilitating traffic flows in Dubai further.”
