The Authority, through its account on the social media platform “Twitter”, identified 3 main stations whose parking spaces can be used by metro passengers for free. These included parking spaces at Al Rashidiya Metro Station, Jebel Ali Station, and Etisalat Station, throughout the metro’s operating hours.
The Dubai Metro operates from Saturday to Wednesday from 5 am to 12 midnight, and on Thursdays from 5 am to 1 am, while metro trips start on Fridays from 10 am to 1 am.
Al Rashidiya station is the first station from which the Dubai Metro departed through the city of Dubai. It also contains the largest parking garage among the metro stations. The station is located in the Al Rashidiya area, which is adjacent to the Nad Al Hamar area to the south, Mirdif to the east, Dubai International Airport to the north, and the Umm Ramool area to the south.
