His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, confirmed on Sunday that the “GITEX” and “North Star” exhibitions, which Dubai is hosting this week, “represent our digital ambitions and technical capabilities and contribute to shaping the future.” These two sectors are global.

His Highness said in a blog post on the “X” platform: In conjunction with hosting the GITEX International Exhibition this week…the UAE is hosting the largest exhibition for startup companies around the world…the “Expand North Star” exhibition with the participation of 70,000 specialists and startup companies from more than 100 countries…and more. From 1,200 investors managing assets exceeding a trillion dollars… and the 400 most important companies in the field of artificial intelligence.

His Highness added: The North Star Exhibition represents Dubai’s ambitions to attract the best digital companies, new talents, and the largest investment companies in the technology and artificial intelligence sector… Since our establishment of the Dubai Chamber for the Digital Economy, we have witnessed a great acceleration in the participation of this sector in the national economy… Dubai this week has an appointment with GITEX. and North Star… two exhibitions that represent our digital ambitions… and our technical capabilities… and contribute to shaping the future of these two sectors globally.
