“Mohammed bin Rashid Charitable Foundation” supports “dispute resolution” with 3 million dirhams

The “Hand of Goodness Committee”, affiliated with the Rental Disputes Resolution Center in Dubai, received a donation worth three million dirhams from the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charitable and Humanitarian Establishment, to settle the conditions of some humanitarian cases and release detainees due to unpaid rental court rulings.

The Director General of the Dubai Land Department, Engineer Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, appreciated the efforts of the Center and the Mohammed bin Rashid Charitable Establishment for their important role in supporting social issues, to enhance stability between landlords and tenants, which contributes to the sustainability of the real estate market in Dubai.

The Director General of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charitable and Humanitarian Establishment, Saleh Zahir Al Mazrouei, explained that the Foundation is committed to its humanitarian mission by providing aid and activating cooperation with various parties to achieve family stability and contribute to the development of society and the nation.

The head of the Rental Disputes Resolution Center in Dubai, Judge Abdul Qadir Musa, praised the role of the Mohammed bin Rashid Charitable and Humanitarian Establishment and its commitment to improving the lives of individuals and promoting social justice, stressing that this support enhances solidarity and stability in society, and alleviates the suffering of families affected by rental issues.

He pointed out that the center is concerned with humanitarian issues in addition to law enforcement, as it works to study the cases of distressed people and help them, through the Yad al-Khair Association, to rearrange their situations.

In turn, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid Charitable and Humanitarian Establishment, Ahmed Khalfan Al Mansouri, said that the donation aims to support the less fortunate groups and improve their quality of life, by supporting families facing financial difficulties in implementing judicial rulings, explaining that the funds will be allocated to settle rental disputes and provide Financial assistance to distressed families.
