Nakheel, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Properties, announced yesterday the launch of the Bay Grove Residences project, marking the latest addition to its portfolio within the Dubai Islands.
The company stated in a statement that the new project consists of four residential buildings connected to a green platform and a swimming pool, and includes a group of apartments consisting of one, two, and three bedrooms, in addition to “duplex” apartments and “penthouses” consisting of four bedrooms, noting that The project, which includes 296 units, is now available to buyers.
The launch of Bay Grove Residences represents the latest in a series of successful projects launched in Dubai Islands, with increasing market demand for luxury waterfront living and resort-style amenities.
The CEO of Dubai Holding Properties, Khaled Al Malik, said: “At Nakheel, we have a rich and long-standing legacy in creating distinctive projects on the waterfront that will enrich the coast of Dubai,” adding: “Our latest projects in (Dubai Islands) will contribute to establishing “A new standard for waterfront living, meeting the needs of the most discerning investors and homeowners.”
He explained, “Each one, two or three-bedroom residential unit in (Bay Grove Residences) is located against the backdrop of the famous Dubai skyline and green gardens on the podium, and is characterized by elegant interior designs and private balconies, while the duplex and Four-bedroom penthouse with spacious balconies offering views of the city skyline and water.”
The development of “Dubai Islands” is in line with the Dubai Urban Plan 2040, which provides a comprehensive roadmap for urban development in the city, with a main focus on sustainability and enabling economic growth at the same time, by ensuring the organic growth of the population.
