The organizing committee for the 34 -distance race for the long distances from Sir Bonir Island to the shores of Dubai, which is dedicated to 60 feet, has opened the registration to participate in the race, which will start from the first to the fourth of next May.
The event will be held under the auspices and support of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, and annually organized by the Dubai International Marine Sports Club since 1991, in a translation of the vision of his founder, the late Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, may God rest his soul.

Member of the Supreme Organizing Committee for the race, Executive Director of Dubai International Marine Sports Club, Mohamed Abdullah Hareb Al -Falahi, said that determining the date of the large race will be subject to the first to the first to the fourth of next May for more study and daily follow -up to all meteorological reports, and the continuous viewing of the state of the sea in order to determine the appropriate conditions for the success of the race.
Al -Falahi added that the Supreme Organizing Committee for the Al -Qafal Racing 34, in coordination with the success partners of departments, government agencies and national institutions, works together as one team in order to facilitate the task of the participants, especially in their transfer to the starting site on Sir Bounair Island for the safety of the participants and their ships that will participate in drawing the upcoming epic next month.
The organizing committee continues its relentless efforts to secure the needs of the club’s caravan, which will go early before the race date at the beginning of next month towards Sir Boner Island, the place of the usual starting line, to prepare for the start of the race day in preparation for the start of the beginning, and the sailing from there towards the first finish line and the compulsory transit point off the island of the moon, and then heading towards the finish line in the shores of Dubai for a distance of more than 50 nautical miles.
The Dubai International Marine Sports Club launched the e -portal for the race, which will receive requests to participate in the race via the link to this until the closing of the registration door, next week, before moving towards Sir Bounair Island.
