The Vice President of “Amazon” in the Middle East and North Africa region, Stefano Martinelli, stated that 66% of shoppers in the Emirates on “Amazon” give priority in Ramadan to shop food and materials needed to prepare breakfast, suhoor, cooking, dates and drinks, indicating that approximately 30.8% of consumers focus on buying home appliances.

Martinelli revealed that «comfort is still at the top of the priorities for about 53.1% of shoppers, while he buys approximately 44% of consumers driven by appropriate prices and offers, and approximately 33.8% is looking for a wide range of products,” noting that Amazon seeks to provide competitive prices and provide a wide range of products.
