Sandooq Al Watan launches a copy of “Masarat” for high school graduates

Sandooq Al Watan announced the launch of the “Masarat” program, in a special version for sons and daughters of the Emirates who are high school graduates, who have graduated five years or more, have not completed their university studies, and have not yet obtained a job opportunity, to qualify them to join the labor market, through companies. The private sector, provided that applications to join the program continue until next February 14, under the patronage of Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sandooq Al Watan.

This edition of “Masarat” focuses on supporting and enhancing the capabilities of Emirati high school graduates, by introducing them to the basic skills required to enter the labor market. The program combines theoretical and interactive training, ensuring that participants are highly competent that qualifies them for success in the private sector. .

Director General of Sandooq Al Watan, Yasser Al-Gergawi, said that the Masarat program in its new version, which receives great attention and follow-up from Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak, offers sons and daughters of the Emirates who have graduated from high school, five years or more ago, and have not yet obtained jobs, a journey. Comprehensive training that extends over a period of two full months, during which participants are trained to acquire the various skills necessary for the current labor market, stressing that the door is open to all those wishing to participate in the program by entering the link.

He added that “Masarat” includes a number of intensive workshops supported by artificial intelligence tools for program participants to build CVs, simulate interviews, and personal career guidance, followed by helping them access a wide range of job opportunities through a strong network of companies in the private sector, stressing that Applicants for the program will undergo a careful selection process, to identify the most promising candidates, in order to participate in the intensive training program prepared by specialized experts in this field, and through which they will receive technical and practical guidance from professional and specialized trainers, To help them develop themselves and face the challenges of the labor market, in addition to introducing them to the principles and ethics that those entering the labor market must possess.
