On Thursday, the real estate market in Dubai recorded the sale of a residential apartment under construction within the Six Senses Residences project in the Dubai Marina area, at a value of 101 million dirhams, according to “Dubai Rest” data.
The total area of the apartment is about 12,400 square feet, with an average price of 8,000 dirhams per square foot.
Real estate sales in Dubai exceeded 2 billion dirhams, resulting from 752 deals today.
The highest was in Dubai Marina with a value of 145 million dirhams resulting from 17 deals, then Airport City second with 138 million dirhams (49 deals), followed by Wadi Al Safa 5 in third place with about 130 million dirhams (25 deals).
