Selling land in “Airport City” in Dubai for 1.22 billion dirhams

Real estate actions in the Emirate of Dubai witnessed today, Monday, the registration of a deal to sell land for the residential purpose in the airport city area, at a value of 1.22 billion dirhams.

According to the data of the Land and Property Department, the land area is 13,579 million square feet, at a price of 90 dirhams per foot.

The real estate market dealings today witnessed the implementation of 997 deals with a total value of 4.06 billion dirhams, distributed to 642 housing units, 130 buildings, and 225 plots of land.
