Shabab Al-Ahly returns with a valuable draw from Kuwait

Shabab Al-Ahly team returned with a valuable draw from Kuwait with a score of 3-3 after being late in the match until the 91st minute, to score a valuable point that raised its score to the seventh point in the match that brought the two teams together today, Wednesday, in Kuwait, in the fourth round of the AFC Champions League 2, so the team retreated. Shabab Al-Ahly finished in second place with seven points, while Al-Kuwait got an additional point, bringing them to second place in the Group D ranking table.

Federico Cartabia opened the scoring for Shabab Al-Ahly in the 35th minute, but Kuwait equalized three minutes later through their defender Arsene Zola, before the home side took the lead through Mohammed Marhoon in the 42nd minute.

Substitute Guilherme scored the equalizer for Shabab Al-Ahly in the 67th minute, two minutes after entering the match, but striker Amr Abdel Fattah restored Kuwait’s lead four minutes later.

Luka Milivovic succeeded in equalizing Shabab Al-Ahly in the 90th minute with a powerful shot from a free kick that Abdul Rahman Kamil, the Kuwaiti goalkeeper, missed and it went into the net.

Al-Hussein leads the group standings with nine points, two points ahead of Shabab Al-Ahly, while Nassaf ranks third with four points, and Al-Kuwait bottoms the standings with two points.
