“Smart systems” violate vehicles with expired licenses in the country

Abu Dhabi Police reported that smart systems on the emirate’s roads monitor and issue violations for vehicles with expired licenses in the country, and this includes all vehicles bearing numbers issued by licensing departments in all emirates.
