She stressed the importance of licensing the vehicle on time, and committing to driving a vehicle that has been subject to technical inspection in order to enhance the safety of the driver, his companions, and road users.

Last April, Abu Dhabi Police activated smart systems to monitor and issue violations for vehicles with expired licenses that had not been renewed, with the aim of enhancing the safety of vehicle drivers and road users, and conducting technical inspection of vehicles, insuring them, and licensing them from the licensing authority.
