The Fiber Optic Council holds its 14th conference and exhibition in Dubai


During the period from January 20 to 22, the Fiber Optic Council (Fiber Connect Council) for the Middle East and North Africa region is organizing its 14th annual conference and exhibition in Dubai under the title “The Role of Telecommunications Operators in Enabling Fiber Optic Infrastructure Supported by Artificial Intelligence.”

The conference will bring together an elite group of industry leaders, technical innovators and policy makers to discuss the growing convergence between fiber optic technologies and artificial intelligence, while highlighting the essential role of robust fiber networks in enabling smart cities, autonomous technologies, Internet of Things systems and next-generation data centers.

The conference sessions will review advanced engineering of fiber optic networks for artificial intelligence applications, requirements and implementation of smart city infrastructure, and connectivity solutions for data centers to support artificial intelligence work and enable the Internet of Things system via fiber optic networks, in addition to network automation, optimization supported by artificial intelligence, and regional case studies.
