Al -Dar Real Estate Group «Al -Dar» announced yesterday its success in providing 1060 job opportunities for citizens in just three years, noting that these jobs include opportunities for new graduates to the positions of executive management, achieving a localization rate of 43% of the group’s total work team, In 2021, the “Dar” pledged to employ 1,000 citizens as part of its efforts to advocate the wheel of resettlement and with the support of the “Enforcement” program.

Citizens hold 35% of the leadership positions of the group’s business sectors, including the highest positions of the retail sectors, project management, sustainability and community development, institutional communication, marketing, culture, purchases, health and safety.
