The UAE’s participation in the forum, which was held under the slogan “Cooperation for a Smart Age,” supported its goals and agenda, as the country’s participation in the work of the World Economic Forum this year focused on enriching many discussions that gained priority in its latest agenda, including bridging the gaps that hinder efforts. The country’s delegation participating in the forum included more than 100 individuals from the heads of companies, the private sector, and government officials, which constituted a continuation of the interest that the UAE attaches to international cooperation and building international partnerships that support all development efforts at the regional and international levels in all sectors, especially through the Economic Forum platform. The delegation reviewed and highlighted pioneering national expertise and experiences that contributed to enhancing comprehensive development efforts in the UAE, and was briefed on its international counterparts in many fields, especially those related to advanced economic and technological sectors.
