“Forbes Middle East” revealed its list of “the leaders of the most influential real estate companies in the Middle East for the year 2025”, which included the 100 most prominent real estate developers and decision maker, working to make qualitative transformations in the real estate sector scene in the Middle East and North Africa.

Forbes Middle East stressed that the leaders of real estate companies in the Middle East, which are classified on the list of 2025, play a pivotal role in establishing the region’s position as one of the most prominent engines in the global real estate market, pointing to the sector’s strong performance during 2024, reflected in remarkable growth, standard investment deals, and a rise in investor confidence levels.

According to “Forbes Middle East”, the UAE dominated the list by including 42 company commanders, followed by Saudi Arabia with 21 leaders, then Egypt with 16 leaders.

The founder and chairman of the “Damac Real Estate Company”, Hussein Sajani, topped the rating of 2025, where “Forbes” stated that “Damac” announced, in February 2025, the pricing and settlement of its unprecedented instruments of $ 750 million for 3.5 years, issued according to the regulatory framework (RG S), to record its largest release so far, at a time when it witnessed the wealth of Swalce Noting, as it rose from $ 5.1 billion in March 2024 to $ 10.2 billion in March 2025.

The founder and managing director of the “Emaar Real Estate Company”, Mohamed Al -Abbar, finished second on the list, followed by the CEO of “Al -Dar Real Estate Group”, Talal Al -Thiabi, in third place, and “Forbes Middle East” saw that the dominance of the three leaders from the Emirates on the first positions in the classification, reflects the position of the established country a leading real estate position in the region.

In addition to Swani, the current year’s rating includes four other billionaires, according to the Forbes list of the wealthy issued in March 2025: Mohamed Al -Abbar with a fortune of $ 2.3 billion, and the founder of the “Shuba Group”, BNC Mennon, with an estimated wealth of $ 3.4 billion, and the founder of the CEO of “Five Holdings”, Chief Molchandani, with an estimated wealth estimated With 2.2 billion dollars, then the Chairman and the Executive Group in Palm Hills Development, Yassin Mansour, with a net wealth of $ 1.2 billion. These five billionaires included in the list collectively have a $ 19.3 billion wealth.

The list also covers a variety of companies, starting from the ancient institutions to ambitious startups, and the Bahraini “Kano Real Estate” company led by CEO, Mohamed Abdel -Ilah Al -Kooheji, is the oldest real estate development company within the list, where it was founded in 1890, while the UAE “One Real Estate Development” company founded by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Ali Al -Jubaili in 2024, the latest in the classification.
