UAE at Eurosatory 2026: National Pavilion Opens in Paris to Showcase Advanced Defence and Security Capabilities

UAE national pavilion opens at Eurosatory 2026 in Paris, presenting advanced defence, cyber and space technologies from June 15–19 and reinforcing international industrial partnerships.

The UAE national pavilion opens tomorrow at Eurosatory 2026 in Paris, placing the country’s defence and security industry at the centre of one of Europe’s largest trade events. The UAE at Eurosatory 2026 will present a broad array of capabilities spanning cybersecurity, space technologies, artificial intelligence and remote operations. The exhibition runs from June 15 to June 19 and brings together more than 2,100 exhibitors from over 65 countries, offering a platform for technology display and strategic engagement.

National pavilion backed by UAE defence authorities

The pavilion is mounted with support from the Ministry of Defence and the Defence Balance Council, underscoring official backing for the country’s defence-industrial ambitions. ADNEC is organising the national presence, positioning UAE industry amid a global cohort of manufacturers, suppliers and government delegations. The pavilion aims to amplify the visibility of national suppliers and to facilitate direct engagement with European and international partners.

Defence Balance Council delegation and industrial strategy

A high-level delegation from the Defence Balance Council will attend across the five days, reflecting the council’s role in procurement, capability planning, industrial development and local value chains. The council’s participation focuses on expanding international partnerships and integrating innovation and AI into national defence planning. Sharif Hashim Al Hashimi, Director General of Industrial Development at the council, said the rapid global shifts in defence and security require continued investment in national capabilities and deeper industrial-technology integration.

EDGE highlights integrated systems and European presence

EDGE Group is showcasing a suite of advanced defence technologies designed for modern operational environments, including electro-optical systems enhanced by artificial intelligence, advanced radar solutions, unmanned aerial systems and cost-effective cruise missiles. The company is also presenting layered cyber-defence products, counter-drone systems and electronic warfare capabilities that span air, land, sea, cyber and space domains. Hamad Al Merr, CEO of EDGE Group, described the launch of EDGE Europe as a pivotal step to move from remote engagement to an on-the-ground industrial presence and closer cooperation with European governments and suppliers.

Resource Industries unveils UAVs and electronic warfare platforms

Resource Industries is displaying its heavy unmanned system H500, the V-15 vertical take-off and landing platform, and a medium-altitude long-endurance (MALE) unmanned aircraft, signalling the company’s focus on advanced aerial systems. The firm is also presenting electronic warfare and counter-drone solutions such as the Sky Sentry counter-UAS system, a wideband vehicle-mounted jammer on a light reconnaissance and attack vehicle, and the PULSE50 anti-drone rifle. On the ground-systems front, Resource Industries is exhibiting the MOREB MRAP armoured personnel carrier and its new LSRV SWAT vehicle equipped with the STORM500 crowd management suite.

ECCI demonstrates specialised cabling for aerospace and defence

Emirates Cables and Interconnection (ECCI) is using the pavilion to present high-reliability airborne cable systems, efficient connector units and specialised wiring harnesses tailored for aerial, land and maritime platforms. The company is highlighting precision RF connectivity solutions for high-frequency applications and multi-layer interconnect systems designed for critical mission platforms. ECCI’s participation is intended to deepen links with system integrators and original equipment manufacturers seeking robust supply chain partners.

Pavilion as a platform for exports and partnerships

Organisers say the national pavilion provides UAE companies with strategic exposure to buyers, investors and defence ministries, helping to accelerate export opportunities and joint ventures. ADNEC’s Saeed Al Mansouri noted the participation reaffirms the UAE’s commitment to international cooperation and to promoting its major defence and security exhibitions, including IDEX and NAVDEX. The pavilion will host bilateral meetings, technical briefings and demonstrations to foster relationships and uncover procurement and investment opportunities.

The UAE delegation emphasises that the show is not just about equipment display but also about dialogue on interoperability, industrial resilience and long-term technology transfer. Officials underline efforts to align national industrial development and defence acquisition strategies with international standards and partners.

Beyond corporate exhibits, the national pavilion is designed to function as a hub for strategic conversations, bringing together government delegations, industry executives and technical experts. This configuration aims to support the UAE’s objective of strengthening its defence-industrial base, boosting local value chains and translating technological advances into deployable capabilities.

The UAE at Eurosatory 2026 reflects a coordinated national push to integrate advanced technologies into defence planning and to present domestic industry as a reliable partner for global security needs. The pavilion’s mix of aerospace, land, maritime, cyber and space solutions underscores the country’s drive to position its industrial base for sustained international cooperation and export growth.
