The Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) affirmed its commitment to enhancing awareness about the importance of district cooling as a sustainable solution to confront environmental challenges.
It stated in a statement that this commitment comes through the implementation of an integrated professional plan, which aims to expand the use of environmentally friendly district cooling systems, through an integrated set of workshops and seminars that the corporation will organize locally and internationally during the current year 2025.
The Corporation explained that this scientific and practical approach crystallized over the past years to become a fundamental and important pillar of its responsibilities towards the district cooling industry, as it achieved notable achievements in this regard during the year 2024, which included organizing a series of agreements and partnerships with local and international institutions, and also organized field visits for international delegations. For its advanced stations, a series of workshops and seminars will be held throughout the entire year.
