Commenting on the importance of the exhibition, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports Corporation, Supreme Chairman and CEO of Emirates Airline and Group, and sponsor of the Airport Show, said: “Airports are vital linking elements and economic engines for societies and countries.”

His Highness added, “Dubai, as a major center at the crossroads of global travel, is investing 35 billion US dollars (128 billion dirhams) in the second phase of the development of (Al Maktoum International Airport – Dubai World Central), to become the largest airport in the world with a capacity of up to… 260 million passengers annually.

His Highness explained that “airports throughout the region are also working on modernization and expansion, to meet the increasing demand for travel around the world,” pointing out that “the Airport Show, organized by RX Exhibitions, remains an essential platform to support business growth and expansion in the airport industry.” ».

Airport Show 2025 will witness the organization of four conferences, on the sidelines of its activities as parallel events, which are: the Global Airport Leaders Forum, the Airport Security Conference in the Middle East, the Air Traffic Control Forum, and the General Assembly of the Women in Aviation Organization.

This multi-event annual platform draws support from, among others, the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Dubai Airports, Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects, Emirates Airlines, Dubai Air Navigation Services, and the Dubai-based National Air Travel Agency. she has.
