Dubai Civil Defense teams controlled a fire that broke out in a building in the Al Barsha 1 area this morning, without causing any casualties.
The media spokesman stated that a report was received by the General Department of Civil Defense in Dubai at dawn today, specifically at 3:44 am, indicating that a fire had occurred in one of the buildings.
He pointed out that teams were immediately mobilized from the Al Barsha Center as a first responder and a specialized authority, and they arrived at the place within seven minutes. It was found that the fire was moderate and had broken out in the back façade of the building, and then support was requested from the Marsa Center.
He explained that the work teams dealt with the incident efficiently, and were able to contain the fire and prevent its spread. Then, the incident was completely under control within two hours, and the site was subjected to cooling, then handed over to the competent authorities to determine the causes of its occurrence.
