Sheikha works as an administrative coordinator in the Administrative Control Unit at Dubai Airport, and despite her young age, 28 years old, she felt proud to be chosen among 20 contestants who were selected out of 4,000 employees working in the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, as part of the Shadow Knight competition. Which was launched by “Emirates Today” newspaper about two weeks ago, and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs chose it to be the first institution in the first season of the award.

Sheikha holds the highest meanings of appreciation for her superiors and officials in the administration, for their continuous support, which is represented in keenness to develop the capabilities of employees by providing the necessary training courses for them, and working to support and motivate them in every way.
